Options for managers
A manager or registered user can perform some basic tasks with Tumatxa, not available to the anonymous user and, therefore, not visible in our demos at this site.
Clicking on the edit link at each page, the manager can access several functions. For instance, this is how the manager sees a collection of files in a given corpus, with the usual options: copy, rename...

Uploading files
This is the most obvious task: to feed the repository of memories. Uploading a TMX file is easy. Select one from your local environement, and Tumatxa will index the segments. if a .po file is chosen, one has to specify the source/target language pair, as this information is not explicit in that file format.

A given file can be fed with new segments, merging it with another TM file. In this case, you must specify which file it is and what to do with the segments whose source language text will be repeated. You can keep both segments (Keep both), you can overwrite old segments with the new ones (Keep new) or you can keep the old segments (Keep old). It is obvius that if a segment is repeated (same source and target text), it will not be loaded to the document.

Editing segments of a file
A manager can also directly edit the segments of any file.

The manager sees clickable links for each segment:

And clicking in a segment, the manager may edit its content at will:
